This apartment is designed as a cohesive and contemporary living environment, where architecture, materiality, and lighting work together to create a warm and refined atmosphere. The design is guided by clean lines, a neutral palette, and a consistent use of wood finishes that bring continuity and depth throughout the space.

The social area is defined by an open-plan layout that seamlessly integrates the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Custom built-in cabinetry and architectural elements organize the space while maintaining visual clarity, allowing each function to coexist harmoniously. The kitchen features a restrained material palette, where wood cabinetry is complemented by stone surfaces and a textured backsplash, enhanced by integrated lighting that adds both functionality and ambiance.

In the living area, carefully composed shelving and architectural niches frame the space, incorporating display, storage, and subtle lighting to create focal points that elevate the overall composition. Soft furnishings and curated decor introduce warmth, balancing the architectural clarity of the design.

The private areas continue this language, with bedrooms designed as calm and intimate environments. Wood paneling, integrated lighting, and custom-built elements provide both comfort and functionality, while maintaining a clean and timeless aesthetic.

Bathrooms are approached as sculptural spaces, where material contrast and vertical surfaces play a key role. Textured tiles, natural stone, and warm metallic fixtures create a layered yet cohesive composition, enhanced by soft lighting that emphasizes depth and atmosphere.

Overall, this project reflects a contemporary approach to residential design—where every element is carefully considered to create a unified, elegant, and highly functional living experience.
